Return & Refund policy
We have invested a tremendous amount of time and effort into perfecting each and every aspect of our garments, and we sincerely hope that the final product brings you complete satisfaction. However, on the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have received, we’re here to assist you.
Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 2-day Return and Exchange policy where you can return the product for either:
a) a refund, or
b) the same product in a different size.
Important Conditions for Returns
- Returns are applicable only in cases of size issues or if the product is damaged.
- Proof of damage (photographs or videos) must be provided when requesting a return for damaged items.
- The return request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered, including the original packaging.
- A standard deduction of INR 120 per T-shirt will be made from the refund amount for prepaid orders. These charges cover courier costs for delivering the product to you and for picking it up from your location.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- No cancellation requests will be entertained once the order is placed.
- Products cannot be returned for reasons such as dissatisfaction with color or design. The product you order is exactly what you will receive.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges for size issues are subject to stock availability.
- If the size you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will provide a refund after deducting INR 120 as courier charges.
Additional Notes
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Shipping is free on all orders.
