Return & Refund Policy

We have invested a tremendous amount of time and effort into perfecting each and every aspect of our garments, and we sincerely hope that the final product brings you complete satisfaction. However, on the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have received, we’re here to assist you.

Made-to-Order Products

All Comfitee products are printed and produced on demand, specifically for each customer. Because your product is made especially for you, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We strongly recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team may contact you to confirm your size and order details before production.

Once the order and size have been confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to a change of mind or sizing issue.

When Can You Request a Refund or Replacement?

We will consider a refund or replacement if you receive:

  • A damaged or defective product

  • A product with a printing or manufacturing defect

  • A product that is different from what you ordered

  • A product that is missing from your order

If you receive any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and its packaging.

Our team will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway and banking processing timelines.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional information may be required to process an eligible refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Product not fitting as expected when the selected size matches the size chart

  • Minor differences that do not constitute a manufacturing defect

  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper washing, handling, or use

  • Orders where the customer has confirmed the size and production has already started

Please check your size carefully before ordering. Our team may call you to confirm your size before production. Once you confirm your size, we proceed to print and produce your order specifically for you.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept standard returns or refunds simply because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size.
